Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using our website and purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account Creation and Access

When you complete a purchase, we manually create an account for you on our platform. You will be contacted with your account details and provided access to your rehabilitation program content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Subscription and Payment

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Paymob and InstaPay. All prices are displayed at the time of checkout and must be paid in full before access is granted to any program content.

Subscription Types

We offer both one-time payment and recurring subscription options. The specific terms for each plan are presented at the time of purchase. For recurring subscriptions, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Acceptance of Terms Before Payment

All conditions related to cancellation, refunds, and pausing must be reviewed and accepted before completing payment. By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your subscription purchase date, provided that you have not accessed more than one piece of program content.

Refund requests must include a clear and valid reason, such as technical issues or an accidental payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the request is accepted.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Once you have accessed any part of the program content beyond one item, no refund requests will be accepted. Digital content that has been consumed is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Pause and Temporary Suspension

You may pause your subscription once per subscription period for a maximum duration of one month.

During the pause period, you will not have access to any program content.

After the pause period ends, your subscription will resume automatically. You may also choose to reactivate it manually before the pause period expires.

Only one pause is permitted per subscription period. This policy ensures fair and consistent management of content access for all clients.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through Hussein Elite Rehab — including but not limited to videos, text, images, program materials, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of Hussein Elite Rehab and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own rehabilitation purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any program content with others
• Record, download, or screen-capture program content unless explicitly permitted
• Modify, resell, or use the content for any commercial purpose
• Share your account access or login credentials with any other person

Any violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during checkout and throughout your use of the service
• Use the platform and its content solely for personal rehabilitation purposes

• Refrain from any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the subscription system, refund policy, or pause feature

Any attempts to exploit or abuse the system may result in permanent cancellation of your subscription without refund.

Hussein Elite Rehab provides rehabilitation guidance for educational and supportive purposes. Our programs are designed to complement your recovery process and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hussein Elite Rehab shall not be held liable for:
